Pastor Christie serves as the Lead Pastor of The Formed Church. She was part of the church's original launch team and faithfully served as Missions Director before being commissioned by the church's planters, Pastors Eddie and Lorin, to carry the vision forward as Lead Pastor.
Christie's passion is reaching those who often feel forgotten- the unchurched, those battling addiction, the broken & anyone searching for hope. Having experienced God's redeeming grace in her own life after 23  years of living in addiction & disconnected from God, she believes no one is beyond the reach of Jesus. Her desire is to see lives transformed, disciples made & leaders raised up to fulfill God's calling.
She & her husband, Devin, serve together in ministry & share a heart for missions, discipleship & prison ministry. Together, they are passionate about taking the Gospel beyond the four walls of the church & meeting people right where they are. They are also raising a beautifully blended family of nine children, ranging in age from 7 to 27, and are the proud grandparents of five joyful grandchildren, who bring endless laughter and blessings to their lives.  
Outside of ministry, Christie and Devin own & operate Hands Down Painting, a family-owned painting business that has faithfully served West TN since 1998. Christie is also the author of Building Bridges with Jesus, with her first book scheduled for release in January 2027.
One of Christie's favorite Scriptures is Isaiah 6:8: "Here am I. Send me!" That verse reflects the heart of her ministry—to faithfully go wherever God calls and to help others encounter the life-changing love of Jesus Christ.
 

Pastor Darrell Jackson serves as Assistant Pastor. He provides leadership in teaching, discipleship, and worship arts. Known for his clear, practical teaching style and heart for spiritual growth, Pastor Darrell is passionate about equipping believers to live out their faith in everyday life.

He holds a background in General Psychology, Human Resources Management, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which has shaped his understanding of people, leadership development, and healthy church culture. Though his formal education is not seminary-based, Darrell has faithfully served in ministry for over a decade, teaching Bible studies, mentoring emerging leaders, and ministering through music as a gifted saxophonist.

He has been joyfully married to Tasha Jackson since 2020, and together they share a passion for travel, family, and serving the body of Christ. In his free time, Darrell enjoys pickup basketball, football, reading, and spending time with loved ones. His favorite verse is Isaiah 26:3 – “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”

Pastor Darrell's desire is to see lives transformed through the truth of God’s Word and the power of His presence.
